Job Description The AML Workflow team within GMET Shared Platforms is responsible for all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Workflow Case Management platform built on the OpenText AppWorks ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Workflow Systems, the Senior Vice President will provide strategic leadership, technology direction, and delivery oversight for the AML workflow platform supporting both Business Line 1 and Compliance Line 2 investigation and case management activities across the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for: 1. Defining and executing the strategic roadmap for the AML Workflow Case Management platform in alignment with the Bank s Financial Crime Compliance and AML programme objectives. 2. Leading multiple concurrent initiatives, projects, and enhancement releases to meet evolving business, compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements. 3. Delivering technology solutions and enhancements on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed business requirements and quality standards. 4. Ensuring the platform remains highly available, scalable, secure, and resilient to support increasing transaction volumes, regulatory obligations, and business growth. 5. Managing all risk, security, audit, and compliance aspects of the AML application portfolio. 6. Providing end-to-end accountability for application lifecycle management, covering project initiation, requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, production rollout, and post-production support. 7. Leading and developing a distributed team consisting of approximately 10 permanent staff across Singapore and Malaysia, together with approximately 20 contract resources across Singapore, Malaysia,
