Role Overview Harvey’s in‑house legal team is a global group of lawyers and legal professionals operating across multiple disciplines. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a privacy lawyer to join our growing legal team. You will play a key role, working directly with our Head of Privacy, in maintaining and promoting a culture of privacy and security within the organization. In this role you will collaborate closely with legal colleagues in the commercial team and our sales/ Go-To-Market team, advise the engineering and product teams to ensure that our business practices adhere to privacy laws and regulations globally, and partner closely with the security function to safeguard and maintain the integrity of our data. What You'll Do Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Data Processing Agreements with our customers, subprocessors, service providers, and third-parties. Help develop, maintain, and scale global privacy programs. This includes preparing Data Protection Impact Assessments to identify and mitigate privacy risks and Records of Processing in accordance with regulatory requirements.
