Ramp is hiring a Money Laundering Reporting Officer, AML in Sweden. This is a Governance job in the governance, risk, and compliance field. Review the full details below and apply directly with Ramp.

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is seeking an experienced Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for Billhop AB, our Swedish-regulated Payment Institution. Under Swedish law, this role is legally defined as Centralt funktionsansvarig (CF), the independent function holder responsible for day-to-day AML oversight and for reporting suspicious activity directly to Finanspolisen (the Swedish Financial Intelligence Unit). This is a standalone, high-accountability compliance leadership role: you will own Billhop AB's AML/CTF program and Compliance oversight, act as the primary point of contact for Finansinspektionen (FI), and serve as the gatekeeper protecting Ramp's Swedish entity from financial crime. What You'll Do Serve as Billhop AB's MLRO / Centralt funktionsansvarig, with independent authority over AML/CTF program design, execution, and effectiveness Act as primary regulatory contact with Finansinspektionen, managing supervisory correspondence, periodic reporting, and support licensing efforts Evaluate and file Suspicious TransactionReports (STRs) Provide final sign-off on high-risk onboarding, transaction monitoring escalations, and sanctions alerts Partner closely with Billhop AB's management team including the Specially appointed executive to ensure seamless alignment between executive oversight and day-to-day AML operations Own and deliver the annual AML/CTF training program for local board members, management, and relevant operational teams handling Swedish accounts Manage the entity's internal reporting channels for potential AML/CTF

Full responsibilities and requirements are on Ramp's application page.
