span lang= en-US Develop and deliver the Workstream 2 training and communications plan.
span lang= en-US Assess stakeholder impacts and identify training needs across roles, functions and regions.
span lang= en-US Create clear training materials, process guidance, communications and leadership briefings.
span lang= en-US Coordinate delivery through virtual, classroom and digital learning channels.
span lang= en-US Support communications relating to new TPRM roles, processes, governance, controls and systems.
span lang= en-US Work with subject-matter experts to ensure content is accurate, consistent and aligned with the Target Operating Model.
span lang= en-US Track training completion, engagement, feedback and readiness, escalating adoption risks where required.
span lang= en-US Maintain training materials and communications to support transition into business as usual.

strong span lang= en-US Key Requirements

span lang= en-US Experience in training, communications, change management or business readiness within a large, complex organisation.
span lang= en-US Experience supporting operating model, risk, regulatory or transformation programmes.
span lang= en-US Strong written communication, presentation and content-development skills.
span lang= en-US Ability to translate complex processes and policies into clear, practical guidance.
span lang= en-US Strong stakeholder-management skills, including experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
span lang= en-US Knowledge of TPRM, Procurement, Risk or Financial Services is highly desirable.
span lang= en-US Experience using learning-management, collaboration or digital communication tools.
span lang= en-US Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
