Weaver is a full-service national accounting, advisory, and consulting firm, seeking an IT Manager to join its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. The GRC team works with clients to build more risk-aware, effective organizations that can deliver transformational business change and meet regulatory compliance requirements, with a focus on information technology functions in this role. Weaver's GRC services include IT Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance monitoring, SOC reporting, and IT internal audits, assisting the information technology and information security functions within client organizations. The IT Manager is responsible for day-to-day execution of engagement objectives while supervising teams of Associates and Senior Associates across multiple concurrent engagements. The role requires an advanced understanding of how systems and financial processes interact, along with experience managing engagement economics, providing proactive and timely communication, and meeting client expectations to drive successful completion of engagement objectives. The position offers the opportunity to travel based on client needs and to help build both Weaver's brand and the candidate's own reputation in the local
