Zillow is hiring a Director, Privacy Compliance to lead and evolve its enterprise privacy compliance program across the online real estate marketplace, adjacent businesses, and internal operations. The director sets and drives an enterprise-wide privacy strategy in a tech-forward, data-rich environment. Responsibilities include leading the privacy control framework across access/deletion/correction/opt-out requests, cookies and tracking technology, and marketing/communications rules (TCPA, CAN-SPAM); championing privacy by design in partnership with Engineering, Product, InfoSec, and Compliance; and launching AI-driven tools for PIAs/DPIAs/RoPA, DSARs, and compliance monitoring.
