Join the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (USPS OIG) as an Audit Manager (Information Systems) in our Technology Operations Directorate, located in Bethesda, MD Denver, CO Raleigh, NC Warrendale, PA Woburn, MA Bring your skills and voice to our team! Qualifications: Compensation: The USPS OIG is an Excepted Service agency, uses a Pay Banding system, which is equivalent to the Federal GS scale. Grade and salary determinations will be made based upon a candidate's education and professional experience. This position is being advertised at the Manager Band level, equivalent to a GS-14. The salary range for this position is $136,093.00 - $193,790.00. The salary figures include locality pay. For locality table specifics, visit: OPM's General Schedule (GS). Position Minimum Qualification Requirements You must meet all the minimum qualifications listed below. Professional Experience Requirement: Four (4) or more years of full-time experience in leading complex, multi-location (organization-wide) technical audits, evaluations, or assessments; OR Four (4) or more years of full-time experience evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of programs, functions, and operations, or related responsibilities for managing and maintaining system security postures. (Your resume must reflect where, when, and how you gained this experience) Education Requirement: Degree in auditing or in a related field (please see below for related field degree list) such as computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or information assurance (must submit transcripts from an accredited college or university.) OR A combination of education and experience - at least four (4) years of experience in performance auditing, or an equivalent combination of experience performing technical assessments, college-level education, and training that provided professional auditing knowledge. The applicant's background must also include one of the following: Technical certificate such as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); OR Completion of the requirements for a degree that included substantial course work in auditing or accounting, e.g., 15 semester hours (must submit transcripts from an accredited college or university.)
